Short Sleeve T Shirt "GOODBYE WIVES AND DAUGHTERS"
This vintage look artwork T shirt displays a present day photo of the "Smith Coal Mine", Bearcreek, Montana, where the worst coal mining disaster in Montana State history occurred in 1943. A farewell message was found written on a dynamite box that read "Goodbye Wives and Daughters" deep in the mine's belly ... these miners' story inspired the writing of this song. Partial proceeds from sales of this T will benefit the Carbon County Historical Society and Museum's fund to restore their 1800's building that houses the mine's history. We recommend you visit this museum if you are ever in Red Lodge, Montana (gateway to Yellowstone Park). Please specify your quantity, size and color when ordering. Size choices are: Small, Medium, Large, Ex-Large, 2X, 3X All T-shirts are 100% cotton & come in black or white in color. Slight shrinkage may be expected but these T-shirts as a rule do not shrink much. If unsure, perhaps you'd like to size up 1 size from what you normally would wear. Tax is included in the price of the T-shirt but shipping is an additional $4.99 when shipped within the USA. If shipping outside of the USA, an additional shipping fee will apply. A PERK FOR YOU: A FREE SONG DOWNLOAD COMES WITH THE PURCHASE OF THIS T-SHIRT! (of the song entitled "Goodbye Wives and Daughters"). Guest singer Mike Holm of Silesia, Montana is featured on lead vocals.
