A farewell message was found written on a dynamite box that read "Goodbye Wives and Daughters" deep in the mine's belly ... these miners' story inspired the writing of this song. Partial proceeds from sales of this T will benefit the Carbon County Historical Society and Museum's fund to restore their 1800's building that houses the mine's history.
